Gaurang completed his B.Sc. in Agriculture from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth and an M.Sc. in Life Science from St. Xavier’s College, where he specialised in neuroscience. He has worked in Agricultural Extension Education across rural Maharashtra. As a recipient of the Indian Academy of Sciences Summer Research Fellowship Programme, he studied the field ecology of macrofungi at IISc, Bengaluru. His interests lie in biology education and in exploring interdisciplinary approaches that connect science, environment, design, and learning.
